Prior to their second year, each resident chooses a clinical pathway, adding opportunities for focused learning experiences based on personal career goals. These pathways are led by a third-year resident and faculty mentors. Each pathway meets regularly throughout the year for focused discussions, journal clubs and unique pathway-specific experiences.
