A multidisciplinary research group recently formed to address the mechanisms and treatment of interstitial lung diseases. This includes both basic and clinical programs.

The basic research group includes expertise in:

  • Fibroblast proliferation and collagen gene regulation

  • Cell signaling

  • Cytokine and chemokine regulation

  • Angiogenesis

  • Cell interaction
