Because your health and well-being is important to us, we want to be sure you are recovering well after you get home after a hospital stay. Our automated post-discharge call program is one tool we use to check in on you just to see how you are doing. 

The post-discharge call system will call you 24 and 72 hours (1 to 3 days) after you get home. The call will last approximately 2 minutes while the system asks you a few questions about how you are doing since your discharge. You can respond to the questions using the number buttons on your phone.

Based on your responses, a nurse may reach out to you with additional questions so that we can assess your progress and recovery. If a nurse calls you directly you will be able to ask questions about your care, medications or treatment.

We know that many people screen calls for spam. The number we will call from is 301-618-3334. We assure you this is a legitimate call and not a solicitation. We just want to know how you are doing after your hospital stay.
