Community Engagement Team
We seek to identify and understand the community’s health concerns, and particular needs and preferences, by building trust, support, and honest dialogue with the community. Whether it’s developing tools to connect families to community resources, or engaging with our partner schools to address the health, social and academic outcomes of the students, we seek to develop relationships that enable stakeholders to work together to promote well-being and achieve positive health impacts and outcomes for the community.
