Birthing Center at UM Shore Regional Health
Due to the recent cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Maryland, we are canceling our group events and meetings until further notice. This is being done to protect our patients, staff and visitors. We will announce on our Facebook page when classes and group events will resume as normal.
Thank you for your understanding.
The birth of a child is one of the most joyous events in the life of a woman and her family. The Birthing Center at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, located at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, is proud to serve patients from Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties.
We provide a host of services, resources and educational programs, as well the most comfortable birthing experience for mother and baby.
The Birthing Center offers childbirth and parent education classes, free of charge, at regular intervals throughout the year via video-conferencing.
The Birthing Center also offers additional educational and support group opportunities for mothers and families.
For more information, questions or to register for upcoming classes, please call 410-822-1000, ext. 5200, and leave a detailed message of the classes, days and times you wish to attend. One of our team members will reach out to you with login credentials as the date of the virtual event nears.
