The Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is the only diabetes and endocrinology specialty practice on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The Center's mission is to provide the highest level of comprehensive diabetes care through prevention, treatment, education and research.

The Center provides services in the Outpatient Center in UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, the Multispecialty Clinic in UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown and the Multispecialty Suite at UM Shore Medical Pavilion at Denton. Our team of experts offer a deep understanding of the physical, cognitive and emotional demands of diabetes and endocrine disorders. Through our Center, patients have access to an unparalleled level of innovation within diabetes and endocrinology care that is focused on collaboration, cutting-edge technologies and research.

Making an Appointment
