Proposed Timeline (Contingent on required approvals):

• Fall 2022: UM SRH/UMMS approvals
• January 2023: CON Submission
• June 2023 - February 2024: Building design refinement and sign-off
• October 2023: Contractor selection
• January 2024:
  • MHCC CON application approval
  • $100M in state funding proposed in Governor Wes Moore's Capital Improvement budget
• June 2024: SRH/UMMS Board Approvals
• Summer 2024: Site work to begin
• Spring/Summer 2025: Building construction to begin
• Fall 2027: Construction Complete
• Summer 2028: Building occupancy
