Patients can pre-register for their visit through MyPortfolio, the University of Maryland Medical System's secure online patient portal. Registering in advance will allow our team to help you complete important paperwork and prepare you for your hospital visit.

Log in to MyPortfolio and view instructions for first-time users.

Once logged in to your account, click on Visits in the top navigation and choose "Upcoming Tests and Procedures." From there you can choose "E-Check In."
