Sports Pre-Registration Physical Exams
Register your student athlete for their physical in advance ($30) or walk-in ($35) during our designated times. Cash and credit are accepted. Please bring contacts, eyeglasses and clearance forms. Forms will be filled out by our UM Orthopedics team – the official medical provider for the Terps, UMBC Retrievers and Howard County Public Schools.
Held at our Columbia location on August 3 and 10, as well as our Hunt Valley location on August 11, from 9 am to 12 pm at both locations.
