When you enroll in golf therapy, you will be assessed on your overall movement through a series of golf-specific motions designed to measure and analyze the body’s mobility. Our Titleist Performance Institute Certified therapist will evaluate your flexibility and motions, assess physical limitations and determine how your game is potentially being affected by injuries such as back and/or knee pain, strains or tendinitis.

After the evaluation, our therapist will discuss your results and work with you to develop a personalized therapy plan designed to improve your overall consistency, accuracy and performance.

Golf physical therapy and rehabilitation can:

  • Increase strength
  • Decrease painful movement patterns and help prevent future injuries
  • Improve posture, balance and stance
  • Enhance your game
