Walking, easier on the joints than running, is one of the best ways to increase your physical activity, boost you mood and can even help inspire you to make other healthy choices.

Walk With a Doc is a FREE program for people of all ages and all abilities. Each Walk With a Doc session kicks off with a short overview of a current health topic given by a health care provider, and the remainder of the time is spent walking at your own pace and distance and enjoying fun conversation. So grab your friends, family and some comfortable shoes and let’s walk!

  • Magnolia Elementary School in Joppatowne: 4th Saturday of the month at 10 am
  • Schucks Regional Park in Bel Air:  1st Sunday and 2nd Saturday of the month at 10 am
