Dysphagia is a medical term for difficulty in swallowing, commonly experienced as a result of stroke, radiation for head and neck cancers, neurological illnesses, aging and injuries to the brain, head or neck. UM Shore Regional Swallowing Center performs swallow studies and develop therapy plans to increase muscle control. Swallowing treatments, if necessary, are provided at UM Shore Rehabilitation Centers at Cambridge, Denton, Easton or Queenstown.

Hours

  • Monday and Wednesday: 2–3 pm
  • Friday: 11:15 am–12:15 pm
