The labs at Shore Regional Health offer comprehensive laboratory services, including phlebotomy, processing for other specimens, such as urine and cultures. Phlebotomists are trained to draw blood for a wide range of patients, from newborn babies to adults.
Additionally, the laboratory will draw blood (Monday through Friday) for LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics exclusive/preferred provider insurance plans and forward the specimens to the appropriate laboratory. If your insurance requires processing at LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics, 3:30 pm is the cut-off for blood draws.
Innovative diagnostic and imaging services are offered at numerous University of Maryland Shore Regional Health locations throughout the five-county region. Imaging services at this location include:
- X-ray (walk-in during normal hours)
- Digital mammography (3-D coming soon)
- Bone Density
- CT scanning
- PET/CT (offered every other Tuesday)
General X-ray patients can walk-in during business hours. All other imaging services are by appointment only.

If you have been approved for a lab or diagnostic imaging test and your test has been scheduled, please visit your secure MyPortfolio online health account through Patient Portal. Use your login information if you already have registered or follow the instructions if you are a first-time registrant.
You can view the pre-visit preparation instructions for your test through your MyPortfolio account. Your will be able to view your test results on your MyPortfolio account within three days.
