About Me
Dr. Sukhdeo Singh, a board-certified neurologist, is medical director of the Primary Stroke Center at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton. Her interests include stroke in young patients, disparities in neurologic care and neurologic changes in the aging population.
Dr. Sukhdeo Singh has co-authored articles and presentations advancing the field of neurology, with a recent book chapter publication on post-stroke depression. She completed a fellowship in vascular neurology (stroke) at the National Institutes of Health, where she also served as an associate investigator for the Natural History Study and White Matter Study at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, Stroke Branch.
Dr. Sukhdeo Singh was the chief neurology resident at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in New York City and completed a double major in biology and psychology during her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
