The new state-of-the-art UM Chesapeake Surgery Center opens in phases in Summer 2024. This location will be the new home of our advanced orthopedics, spine, hand and plastic surgery practices and rehabilitation programs.

Bringing surgical care and the pre- and post-surgery visits to the same place streamlines the experience for patients undergoing surgery and recovery.

Our long-standing Upper Chesapeake Orthopedic Specialty Group will relocate to a large, beautiful space in Pavilion III, while keeping its second office in the Health and Wellness Center on the Aberdeen campus.

Additionally, 30,000 square-feet of medical office space will be available for lease for medical providers and other programs.
