child dealing with behavioral health issuesOur program is focused on helping individuals manage their problems and recover their lives in a safe and inviting environment that fosters person-centered planning. Professional staff consisting of University of Maryland School of Medicine psychiatrists, social workers, psychiatric nurses and trainees are dedicated to the provision of high quality, comprehensive and integrated care which is trauma-informed and recovery- and resiliency-oriented.

The program consists of three components:

  • Adult Team - For adults 18 and over. Services include individual, group and family therapies, medication management, case management, and substance abuse services.
  • Child and Adolescent Team - For children aged 5-18 and their families. Services include individual, play, group and family therapies, medication evaluation, socialization groups, and consultation with schools and other community agencies.
  • RAISE - an early intervention program for young adults ages 15-35 struggling with the initial onset of severe illness.
