Whether you're passing through Talbot County and the 21601 zip code or live nearby in St. Michael's, Cambridge, Centreville or Kent Island, we treat all of our urgent care patients like we're treating our family.
You can come to our walk-in clinic or check in online for prompt care for most minor illnesses and injuries. For young infants, we recommend you take them to the ER, but we happily treat adults and children over 12 months of age at our immediate care clinic. As a reminder, co-pays are due at the time of service. We are cashless and accept all forms of debit cards, credit cards, and personal checks.

About Check-In Online
No matter if you're at home or on the go, you can use our online check-in system to hold your spot in line. While not an appointment, it will let us know to expect you. If no times are available, this means all online reservations have been booked but you can always walk in.
