Telemedicine appointments let you meet with a doctor from the safety and comfort of your home.

We see patients via telehealth for many illnesses and injuries  see below for the full list.

7 days a week: 8 am to 4 pm.

Making a Telehealth Appointment

To be eligible for urgent care telehealth, the patient must be: 

  • Physically within the state of Maryland at the time of your telemedicine visit 
  • Able to connect to both video and audio to communicate with an urgent care provider
  • At least five years old

When making an appointment, have your driver's license and insurance card available for uploading. Appointments will only be valid when you complete the e-registration process.

Telemedicine Services

Our urgent care doctors can see patients for the following services through telehealth: 

  • Allergies and minor allergic reactions
  • Back and neck pain, sprains and strains
  • Cuts, scrapes and abrasions that don't require stitches
  • Coughs, colds and flu
  • Ear infections
  • Eye infections/pink eye
  • Headache and migraines
  • Insect bites
  • Minor burns
  • Prescription refills
  • Vomiting and diarrhea

If you need a prescription after your visit, it can still be written via telehealth and sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Please note that controlled substances cannot be prescribed on a telemedicine appointment. 

When to Visit an Urgent Care Center

The following needs are best met by visiting our urgent care locations:

  • When lab tests, X-rays or procedures such as sutures are needed
  • If the patient is younger than five years old
  • If you are seeking lab testing, including COVID-19 testing

If you are having a severe condition such as chest pain, abdominal pain, or a major injury, please call 911 or go directly to the ER.
