The Vascular Center is part of UMMC Midtown Campus.  It is located on N. Eutaw Street between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and W Madison St.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by calling the Vascular Center directly at 443-552-2900. If you’d prefer, you can ask your primary care doctor to contact the center to make a referral and request an appointment.

What if I am having an emergency?

The Vascular Center at UMMC Midtown Campus provides emergency vascular care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

If you are think you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 right away.

Does the Vascular Center take my insurance?

As part of UMMC Midtown Campus, the Vascular Center takes a wide range of insurance types. To find out if we take your insurance plan, call 410-552-2987 or contact your insurance company directly.

During your visit, we will ask you for your insurance card and other information. UMMC Midtown Campus will bill your insurance directly.

If you cannot afford your medical care, there is help available. Please contact the hospital’s financial assistance department to learn about your options.

How does the billing process work?

When you receive care at the Vascular Center, you may receive two bills. Physician services are billed separately from outpatient hospital services.

Physician bill (billed through University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc.): this bill lists the fees from the doctors who provided your care at the Vascular Center

Outpatient bill: this bill lists charges for the use of the hospital outpatient facilities and includes the cost of tests and procedures.

You can request a copy of your medical records by calling UMMC Midtown Campus’ health information management department at 410-225-8310.
