  • All explained options well.

  • Was very concerned with my well being. He gave me my opinions and didn't force me to make a quick decision.

  • Warm response from Dr. Kerri, who conveys a sense of both being caring and genuine expertise. A physician who exudes competence without being off-putting.

  • Ery good

  • I was very impressed by the staff and the facility.

  • Easy to talk to, kind, explained everything

  • Dr. Karri was great. He showed me my MRI, discussed findings not included in the rad report which the ortho PA is seen last had not mentioned and then informed me that he actually didn't recommend the ESI. Surgery may have previously been done in the past but then told me about new technology not yet offered at UMMS which he felt I was an ideal candidate for and gave me info about that procedure and referred me to a doc close to me in the community. Turns out my insurance won't yet cover that tech, but good to know that one day I may have a viable option.

  • Excellent

  • Although my visit was virtual, Dr. Karri had a great "bedside manner". He expressed concern for my situation and worked to find a solution to the problem.

  • Very happy with all the excellent care I have received by all the Drs a staff. They know what has to be done to give you the best care possible. That's the best

  • Appoint felt very rushed.

  • Dr Karri and all of his staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. My care was very important to them.

  • Dr. Kerri was personable, listened to my concerns and activities to decease back pain and explained the next steps clearly

  • Buena experiencia

  • Dr. Karri is very compassionate & empathetic doctor. He listens & hears what the patient is saying.

  • Dr. Karri is the best he he really cares.

  • Dr. Karri is Definitely outstanding

  • Good

  • Everyone was awesome.

  • Dr. Karri was the only person to explain anything to me at all and was extremely personable and person centered. Because of him I want to continue therapy at U of M Hunt Valley. Also his plan to follow up and recommend 2 _____ therapy gave me hope.

  • The University of Maryland staff is the best

  • I will be glad to recommend this staff to anyone interested.

  • Thank you all.

  • Listened to concerns, discussed problems as a team

  • I just believe it's a little less personal here because you spend half your visit explaining the same thing
