David Charles Rubin, MD

Dr. Rubin’s special interests include cardiac and coronary artery CT imaging. He is board certified in internal medicine (with a subspecialty in heart disease), nuclear cardiology and echocardiography.

Dr. Rubin is the division head of cardiology at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. A University of Maryland School of Medicine graduate, he completed his internship and residency — both in internal medicine — and fellowship, with special training in nuclear cardiology, at University of Maryland Medical Center.
