About Me

Michele Columbus-Jang sees both pediatric and adult patients. She decided to work in primary care to educate patients about the importance of preventative care. Her goal is to empower patients to take responsibility for their health to enhance their quality of life.

Columbus-Jang manages acute and chronic conditions. She has a special interest in diabetic education.

Prior to working at Towson Medical Associates, Columbus-Jang worked in the Bronx, NY for 3 years, providing care to underserved communities. 

 Columbus-Jang is a Californian, who moved to New York in 2014 and Maryland in 2019 with her husband and toddler daughter. In her spare time, she likes to cook with her daughter and assist as her sous chef in the kitchen.
