Meredith Nicole Roberts, LCPC

Meredith Roberts is a licensed clinical professional counselor. A full-time therapist, she started out in 2018 as an intern.

Roberts uses her exceptional expertise, as well as innovative patient-centered and expressive methods, to help children and adults heal from trauma. She provides both individual and parent-child therapy. She has experience helping patients of various backgrounds and ages.

Roberts has extensive training in integrative treatment of complex trauma. She is an expert in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, a psychotherapy technique designed to help relieve distress associated with disturbing memories. In addition, she specializes in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Roberts holds a Master of Science degree in applied psychology from the University of Baltimore (Baltimore, Maryland).
