As a clinical social worker, Connors believes in a collaborative approach to helping children meet their full potential.  She prioritizes providing resources and supports to families to create safe and stable environments for their children.
  
She is well versed in a range of infant, child and adolescent diagnoses and evidence-based treatments, including therapies to help patients and their families recover from grief and traumatic stress.

She is a mother of three adult children and has deep roots in Baltimore City.
