  • After the long wait time, the doctor only spent a little more than 5 minutes with me because she realized she was so back up on her patients. She was rushing to go to her next patient. Even though it was not my first time to come to this practice, it was my first time to see this doctor. I thought the new patient establishment should be much more thorough than what she did. However, to be fair to her, she did address my main concern on that day which is getting a surgery scheduled. I'm not doubting her professional judgement but I just thought her bedside manner can be improved. Also, I realized her medical notes in MyPorfolio was very brief unlike my experience with other doctors.
