About Me
A pediatrician and pediatric endocrinologist, Dr. Pagan specializes in treating and diagnosing growth disorders (including Turner Syndrome and other genetic disorders), puberty disorders, obesity and diabetes. She also specializes in the treatment and diagnosis of disorders of the adrenal and thyroid glands, reproductive issues, and lipid disorders.
Dr. Pagan’s main clinical interests include pituitary dysfunction disorders and recognizing and treating polycystic ovarian syndrome in adolescents. She also focuses on improving access to technology in underserved communities in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus.
In 2020, Dr. Pagan opened a private practice where she provides pediatric endocrinology care to patients in the Annapolis and Salisbury/Eastern Shore areas of Maryland. In 2022, she joined University of Maryland Children's Hospital, where she is thrilled to be able to continue providing care to the Baltimore community.
