  • Would recommend because they explained to me the conditions and the next steps to what to do very knowledge in what he was saying and helpful

  • Dr. Louis Bivona seemed tired at 10:30 am and dismissive of my pain and concerns. I can still walk, get over it, sums up his attitude. I've reached out with questions about medication and follow-up treatment and not had a response.

  • I appreciated the time the NP (or PA) took with me even before the MD came into the room to explain the results of my MRI and other questions that I had.

  • Dr was good at ordering tests, MRI, etc., however, when the MRI came back showing mostly no problems, he acted as if I should not be complaining, and ignoring my pain.

  • My aches & pains are a serious issue, I wouldn't be there if it wasn't a constant problem for me

  • I would recommend Dr. Bivona to anyone without any reservations whatsoever.

  • The doctor listened to our concerns and showed us the X-ray and pointed out the old rib problem.

  • The doctor was great

  • Poor bedside manner- did not discuss follow up. Exam was not comprehensive and provider did not acknowledge my pain level and difficulty with daily activities. Said this kind of pain is expected after a fall. Did not receive follow up from a test completed. Will be going to a different provider for follow up.

  • Excellent

  • Would recommend family and friends to Dr. L. Bivona. He is well informed prior to appt. & shares true concern. Directed me in the right direction.

  • Felt comfortable with the discussion about my care; however, was very surprised at the after visit summary, which included descriptors and a diagnosis which were NOT discussed during the visit. When I messaged the provider, I never got a response (one month).

  • Dr. Bivona is just a superb surgeon & person. I would recommend him to anyone without any reservation/concern.
