Kenneth Sibila, MD

Dr. Ken Sibila has been at Towson Medical Associates since 1997. He feels honored to have provided care for multiple generations of many families in his medical practice.

He has a wide range of clinical interests including musculoskeletal conditions, preventive care, hypertension, and many other acute and chronic conditions. He firmly believes that patients should take an active role in their healthcare.

Everyone should do as much as they can with lifestyle to prevent, modify, or fix a condition. Medications and medical interventions are adjunct to healthy living. He encourages eating in moderation, exercising regularly, and unplugging from technology.

He tries to practice this in his own life. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping and hiking with his family. He hails from Philadelphia and is a lifelong Eagles Fan.
