About Me
Dr. Moyer is an otolaryngologist. She commonly sees patients for conditions including head and neck cancer, thyroid cancer, cancers of the salivary gland, swallowing disorders and sinus disease.
Dr. Moyer is dedicated to providing holistic treatment and recognizing the unique complexities of each patient. She seeks to understand the patient's perspective and personal goals for treatment. She is committed to open communication with patients and working in partnership for treatment planning.
"I think the best part of what I do is patient interaction. I love seeing patients from beginning to end, seeing them in the clinic, being able to follow up with them, getting to meet their families, working together," Dr. Moyer says. "I think every patient situation is different, and I like being able to try to figure out what's important to each person, which really helps make their treatment plan individualized."
Dr. Moyer's clinical interests include thyroid cancers, parathyroid adenomas, tumors of the head and neck, and salivary disorders. She is trained in advanced pathology (the study of disease and injury) and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to treat diseases.
Dr. Moyer is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Head and Neck Society.
