About Me
Dr. Abraham specializes in hand and plastic surgery. He has particular interests in treating hand and wrist arthritis, nerve compression syndromes and trauma and performing body-contouring procedures after weight loss. He believes in educating and providing options for his patients to help them make the right decisions.
After graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University, Dr. Abraham completed his medical education at the world's largest medical center—the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston. He then began training in a highly competitive residency position in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas. He was honored with awards for his teaching, research and academic accomplishments during his training and served as chief resident in his final year. Pursuing a lifelong goal, he obtained further training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, gaining expertise in pioneering surgical techniques.
Since moving to Maryland, Dr. Abraham has enjoyed the culture, community and relationships he has built.
