Elizabeth Martin Lowe, MD

Dr. Lowe is a general surgeon who has been in practice for over 20 years. She has extensive experience with all general surgery procedures. Beloved by generations of patients, she believes in providing comprehensive general surgery care services in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Lowe previously served as the medical director of the Union Hospital Breast Center in Elkton, Maryland. She completed medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine (New Orleans, Louisiana) and a surgical residency at East Tennessee State University's James H. Quillen College of Medicine (Johnson City, Tennessee).

Dr. Lowe has strong family values. She is proud of the accomplishments of her two children. In her spare time, she enjoys boating on the waters of the upper Chesapeake Bay.
