About Me

As an allergist/immunologist, Dr. Anupama Kewalramani cares for patients with allergies (including food allergies), asthma, eczema, eosinophilic esophagitis and hives. She believes in providing high-quality and personalized care for her patients and their families.

"During my residency in internal medicine/pediatrics at Tulane University School of Medicine, I found allergy/immunology to be a perfect specialty for me, as I had a strong interest in asthma," Dr. Kewalramani says. "However, during my fellowship, eosinophilic esophagitis was coming to the forefront, and it was clear there were large gaps in knowledge regarding this disease process."

On several occasions, Dr. Kewalramani has been recognized as a "Top Doctor" in the pediatric allergy specialty by Baltimore magazine.

  • This was the first time that I've ever felt so at ease with a provider at an initial appointment. Dr. K and Fatima were amazing. They don't make us feel rushed. they took the time to not only explain things to me but they also made sure my daughter understood what was going on as well.
