Please see our Visitor Policy before coming to our facilities. In addition to our regular visiting hours and policies, additional restrictions are in place for visitors to all patients due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for helping to keep our patients safe.
Visitors can be good therapy for patients. Family members and friends are welcome to visit. However, patient care is our primary concern at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, and, we ask that you follow the Visitor Policy hours and guidelines.
At this time, The Perinatal Center is not is allowing visitors, as our waiting area and exam rooms do not permit enough space for the safe social distancing needed to ensure your best health. We ask for your patience as we continue to explore options for providing the safest, highest-quality and most effective care throughout the pandemic. Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.
Visitors seeing patients in Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby Unit or the Nursery must pick up badges from the information desk in the lobby. These areas have security systems, so visitors can enter and exit only with a badge.
