About Me

As a family nurse practitioner, Sarah Dyer treats a wide range of health conditions. She is trained to treat patients of all ages.

A University of Maryland School of Nursing graduate, Dyer provides patient-centered care with a focus on meeting patients where they are, taking the time to get to know them and listen to their concerns before determining care plans that are best for them. She is passionate about chronic disease management, mental health and women's health. She also has interest in preventive medicine.

Dyer strongly believes that patient education is important for empowering patients to make the kinds of lifestyle changes that lead to optimal health.
