Mindi Frend works in interventional cardiology. Her clinical interests include peri- and post-procedural cardiology care, cardiac risk factor reduction and individualized patient education.

Frend has experience in emergency nursing, heart transplant procedures, bone marrow transplants, and pre-anesthesia assessments in the high risk population. She is a University of Maryland School of Nursing graduate.
