About Me

Jessie Leonard, CRNP, is a dedicated, board-certified primary care nurse practitioner; she sees patients at UM SJMG - Primary Care at Hereford. Specializing in family medicine, Leonard provides compassionate, supportive care for patients of all ages. She focuses on helping patients understand their health, and working together with each patient to get the best possible outcome. Leonard treats a full range of acute and chronic conditions that impact her patients’ health. 

An experienced nurse practitioner, Jessie Leonard, CRNP, has worked in outpatient, post-acute and long-term care settings. Prior to joining UM St. Joseph, she served as a nurse practitioner and Site Director for an outpatient family medicine clinic in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.
