About Me

Dr. Mysore specializes in preventative cardiology, care focused on lowering your risk of developing heart disease. He also specializes in noninvasive cardiac imaging with a focus on cardio-oncology, which involves caring for patients with cancer who are either at risk for developing heart disease (due to their cancer treatment) or already suffering from the condition.

Dr. Mysore is an integral part of a multidisciplinary collaboration between hematologists and oncologists at the National Cancer Institute-designated Marlene and Stewart Greenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center and the University of Maryland Heart and Vascular Team. He is also an assistant professor at University of Maryland School of Medicine and co-director of cardio-oncology at University of Maryland Medical Center. He is excited to be part of the University of Maryland Medical System family and provide care to the Maryland community.

When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Mysore enjoys spending time with his wife and son. His personal interests include playing and watching tennis, exploring the outdoors and traveling.

  • I recommend Dr. Mysore to everyone. He is wonderful, caring, patient, understanding.
