About Me

Dr. DeLeon received his medical degree from Boston University and completed his fellowship, residency and internship at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. 

Dr. DeLeon’s clinical interests include COPD, smoking cessation, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma. 
Dr. DeLeon has robust experience, not only treating pulmonary diseases, but researching them. His most recent research interests includes the treatment of COPD and asthma and the management of chronic lung infections.

  • I had seen Dr. DeLeon when he was with Howard County Sleep Medicine. I decided to follow him and stay a patient of his when he moved to the Eastern Shore, despite a much longer travel time for me. That Is how good of a provider he Is.
