COVID Vaccines, Testing and Treatment
State Center is a COVID vaccination, testing and treatment location managed by the BCCFH COVID Task Force. The State Center operation has taken the place of the Baltimore Convention Center location, which has now closed.
This facility offers:
- COVID vaccinations and boosters
- COVID testing (rapid antigen, PCR and home rapid tests)
- Treatment and referrals, in some cases, for people who test positive
Appointments
For COVID testing: Appointments are preferred. If you think you might need treatment while you are being tested at State Center, please read about our Test to Treat Program to learn how it works and what to bring with you.
For COVID vaccinations: To ensure we have a vaccine for you, please make an appointment. We try to accommodate walk-ins, but when demand is high, capacity may be limited by the supply of vaccine on site. Make an appointment by clicking the button below or calling 410-649-6200.

At State Center
State Center is an ADA-compliant facility, which means that all parts of it are accessible.
Be Prepared to Wait Outside
We will generally be open during light to moderate rain but may pause operations due to lightning or severe weather. In the case of severe weather, please check this page or call our call center at 410-649-6200.
When you come to State Center, please dress appropriately for the weather. We may need to limit the number of people inside. If you are elderly, disabled or have infant children, please notify a staff member. We will make every effort to minimize your waiting time outside.
Come at Your Appointment Time
Coming early to your appointment time will not speed up the process. It can cause lines that make it difficult to safely social distance. Please arrive at State Center no more than 15 minutes before your appointment.
Receiving COVID Treatment After Testing
Treatment for COVID at the time of testing may be available to some people who test positive. Keep in mind that getting tested and treated as the same visit may take an hour or more.
