Susan K. Ross, MD

Dr. Ross is a family medicine physician who takes care of patients from newborn to age 100-plus. As of 2022, she has been in practice for 48 years, 43 of them in Chestertown.

There have been many changes in medical practice during that time but one thing that has not changed is her belief that a doctor needs to take care of the whole patient. Patients should feel confident that their doctor will evaluate and treat them appropriately.

If specialty care is needed, then the family doctor can coordinate that care. It takes a team to do that and her team works well together to accomplish this. She chose family medicine because she wanted to provide this care.
