Dr. Morris Z. Effron is an otolaryngologist who practices in Cambridge, Maryland. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a rotating internship at the City of Memphis Hospitals, then completed two residencies; one in General Surgery at the University of Tennessee Clinical Center, and one in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at University of Pittsburgh's Eye and Ear Hospital.
