Anadir Maria Silva, MD

A perinatologist, Dr. Silva specializes in high-risk pregnancies, including those involving factors such as hypertension, diabetes and thyroid disorders. Her approach to care is grounded in the belief that "everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion, especially when dealing with pregnancy complications." 

Dr. Silva provides medically indicated sonograms all throughout the pregnancy. She also conducts prenatal diagnosis testing via chorionic villous sampling and amniocentesis, both of which are used to check for genetic disorders.

On multiple occasions, Dr. Silva has been recognized as a "Top Doctor" in the field of maternal–fetal medicine by Baltimore magazine. In her spare time away from patient care, she enjoys running. She is fluent in Spanish.
