Dr. Ashutosh Sachdeva was named a "Top Doctor" in the specialty of Pulmonary by Baltimore magazine in 2020.
Dr. Sachdeva received his medical degree from the University of Delhi. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Upon completion of his fellowship in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine he stayed on as faculty in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine for three years.
He then spent a year at Virginia Commonwealth Health Sciences in Richmond, advancing his training in interventional pulmonology.
He is the director of interventional pulmonology in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He holds the title of assistant professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
