Mammography is a non-invasive breast imaging test used to aid in the diagnosis of breast cancer and other conditions affecting the breast.

Mammograms are used as a breast screening tool to detect early breast cancer in women with no symptoms and to detect and diagnose breast disease in women experiencing symptoms such as a lump, pain or nipple discharge.
