Antonio DePaolo has over 22 years of work experience in a variety of leadership roles within Operations, Engineering, Performance Improvement and Information Technology across multiple industries. Prior to joining UM UCH as the Vice President, Transformation and Continuous Improvement in 2019, Antonio served as the Chief Transformation Officer for Sheppard Pratt Health System in Towson, Maryland.  

Antonio holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a PhD in Management from Walden University. In addition to his educational background, Antonio holds certifications in Lean and Six Sigma, and is a Malcolm Baldrige Executive Fellow.
