Medical Imaging
State-of-the-art diagnostic and imaging services are offered at numerous University of Maryland Shore Regional Health locations throughout the five-county region we serve in Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties.
Imaging services include X-rays, CT scanning, MRI and CT/PET scanning, digital mammography (some locations with Tomosynthesis (3D)), image-guided breast biopsy, digital diagnostic radiography, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, bone density scans, fluoroscopy and ultrasound.

Imaging Appointments
To schedule an appointment for a diagnostic imaging service, please contact Central Scheduling at 443-225-7474.
If you have been approved for a diagnostic imaging test and your test has been scheduled, please visit your secure MyPortfolio online health account through Patient Portal. Use your login information if you already have registered or follow the instructions if you are a first-time registrant.
You can view the pre-visit preparation instructions for your test through your MyPortfolio account. Your test results will be available on your MyPortfolio account within three days. Some items to note:
- If your physician gave you a written order, you must bring that order with you.
- Check-in at outpatient registration a half hour before your appointment.
- Report to Imaging Services after registering.
