Imaging

The Imaging Department at University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus performs a wide range of diagnostic procedures using a state-of-the-art picture archiving and communications system (PACS) that digitally stores the images produced.

Most imaging procedures can be scheduled — or even performed — on the same day your doctor requests them. For most studies, a formal report will be available the same day that the exam is completed. Images and reports can be viewed by a physician connected to the PACS network, giving your doctor quick and convenient access to your diagnostic images.

Imaging services are provided board-certified radiologists who specialize in all areas of radiology, including:
