Nurse practitioner Vickie Blucher came to the Upper Chesapeake Primary Care practice at Swan Creek. with 9 years of critical care and emergency nursing (RN) experience and 11 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in the areas of primary care, preventive and sleep medicine and otolaryngology.
Vickie received her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from University of Maryland and her doctor of nursing practice from Wilmington University. As a resident of Harford County, she is glad to plant her long-term roots in the practice.
