About Me
A pediatric endocrinologist, Dr. Miller enjoys practicing all aspects of his field. He specializes in the management of diabetes, disorders affecting growth and pubertal development, thyroid disease, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disorders. He has more than 20 years of experience in medicine.
Dr. Miller is proud to be part of an outstanding team of providers and support staff that is devoted to providing excellent patient care. He says the best part of his job is seeing people respond well to treatment. He chose pediatric endocrinology as a specialty because of the "intellectual challenge of the field."
"Every patient is an interesting puzzle. It's always fun taking care of kids, and it's a very rewarding specialty as well," says Dr. Miller. "We have so many great treatments for kids with endocrine problems, and it's very satisfying taking care of these children."
A Maryland native, Dr. Miller joined the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2015. He has been named a "Top Doctor" by Baltimore magazine on several occasions.
