About Me
An endocrinologist, Dr. Phillips has many years of experience treating both adolescents and adults for diabetes and other metabolic disorders. He is director of endocrinology at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He also sees patients at the Diabetes and Endocrine Center, located on the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center campus.
Dr. Phillips always treats his patients with the utmost patience and compassion. He takes the time to address their questions and concerns, clearly explain their conditions and treatment options, and help them make the necessary adjustments to better self-manage their conditions.
